The H&L Team

Professor Dr. H.-J. Laue and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) H. J. Holm are the founders and General Managers of Holm & Laue. Both understand what's hard about the job, because they both have an agricultural background and started off with an apprenticeship on a farm. Professor Laue continues to serve as an ordinary professor at University of Applied Sciences at Kiel and he is the man directing product innovations within the company. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Holm is in charge of the operative business of the company.

The team of Holm & Laue GmbH & Co. KG comprises highly motivated employees who use their technical know-how to get behind the job of making our customers' goals reality. Servicing systems in the everyday practice of the farms in our region and the contact with customers and dealers at home and abroad give any of our employees ample opportunity to learn what the requirements of everyday practice are. Our daily routines are shaped very closely by the requirements posed by our customers. This is a hallmark of any of our employees!

The tough demands of a constantly growing company are tantamount to ever new challeges for the employees in our offices. Our international business in particular is the place where they can show their competence and flexibility day after day.
