| The
place where our production plant is located, Schleswig-Holstein, is not only Germany's
most beautiful region, but also one of the best performing dairy regions
of Europe. It is here that we can rely on extensive exchanges of views with
dairy and cattle managers, in order to learn what their needs and requirements are.
Such a situation gives us a decisive edge in particular when it comes to developing products for the international market. Holm & Laue has built in the meantime strategic alliances with many partners around the world. This is how farmers in many different countries, with substantially differing climate and husbandry conditions end up with the optimum solution for healthy and performance-oriented calf rearing. After Holm & Laue concentrated at first on introducing solutions to calf husbandry issues, also in Schleswig-Holstein, in the past we have broadened our product line and offer the customers in our home region comprehensive solutions for all aspects of cattle husbandry. Since 2001, we have been selling state-of-the-art milking equipment in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg. In 2003, a full-fledged product line in cattle housing systems was added. The broadening expertise of our company continuously is directly beneficial to our customers.
