Sie ist eine Fachausstellung für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung, Fischwirtschaft, Forst, Jagd und Gartenbau.
Die Aussteller und Aktiven der MeLa präsentieren jährlich eine sehr gute Kombination von Tierschau, Tierpräsentation, technischem Know-how sowie dem Erlebnis Agrarwirtschaft und nutzen die Fachausstellung als Absatz und Testmarkt sowie zur Imagefestigung.
